A hundred-year-old legacy Premium Jewellery family business wanted to boost brand recall, last-line reach and engineer global expansion to hike sales. The goal was to unequivocally establish the client’s presence digitally as a Premium Gold, Diamond, and Pearls Jewellery Brand, distinct from the other competing family jewellery brands.
New customer acquisition was the biggest challenge as the luxury segment is a highly competitive market at any given time. We worked around this roadblock by devising customer strategies based on solid market research to meet ROIs.
Using pinpointed customer digital strategies marked by data insights, we drove up global online sales and expansion both. And boosted sales month-on-month using specific advertising and Social Media strategies in a volatile, competitive market. We devise online & offline strategies to ensure we reach and impact right target audiences.
One of our offline strategies included devising the Syeraa Line of Jewellery plan & execution.
We single-handedly managed a highly successful PR & Media event in which the client partnered with SyeraaNarasimha Reddy movies to launch the new Syeraa Line of Jewellery Collection.
The jewellery worn by superstars Chiranjeevi and Nayantara in the movie ‘Syeraa’ was specially designed by our client.
This event was prominently covered by online, print, and television news through our efforts. The impact of the PR event and subsequent impact it drove to the Brand is of great value.
